The Southall Waterside project is a huge undertaking in Southall, West London. This incredible multi-billion pound project, projected to continue for the next 25 years, is a massive undertaking and Devine Direct Labour are excited to be a part of this development. Devine Direct Labour is responsible for the deep drainage, kerb layouts, concrete edging, ducting works and more. With a secured position on phase one we’re looking to extend our works into phase two and beyond.
Devine Direct Labour are working on building a new relief road to go over two rivers into an 88 acre housing development in Southall. Devine Direct Labour are responsible for the drainage works, ducting, kerb placement, formation and the installation of an interceptor. This is then to be adopted by Transport for London.
Devine Direct Labour were hired in more of a principle contractor role. Devine Direct Labour took charge of all aspects of the project which consisted of installing an EDF sub-base, erecting timber fencing, installing ducts and drainage, creating a temporary road and more.
This project was to build a seven story extension to a Study Inn accommodation. Devine Direct Labour were responsible for overseeing the setting out of the works as well as overseeing the concrete foundations, erection of the steel framework and the brick and blockwork. Devine Direct Labour's site team had a much more managerial role to play on this site as well as hiring many of the tools through it's sister company, Theo Plant Hire.
Devine Direct Labour were hired to complete deep drainage works, install kerbs, edgings and ducts for houses in Headcorn.
This project involved Devine Direct Labour’s personnel to break out three 15m x 5m concrete slabs and replace with new concrete in a wood treatment building at Ridham Dockyard.
National Physical Laboratory is the national measurement standards laboratory for the UK. Devine Direct Labour have supplied specialist cleaners to clean the laboratories. Devine Direct Labour have also sourced specialist cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure the best possible results.
Devine Direct Labour’s personnel were responsible for the fitting and placement of a new footpath and ACO drainage.
Devine Direct Labour were responsible for cleaning deep drainage manholes, repair work to ducts as well as snagging due to the previous contractor’s inability to complete the tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Devine Direct Labour stepped up to the mark and completed the task as well as repairing and cleaning the previous works.
Created for the Land Trust, Devine Direct Labour helped in the construction of this project. The structure was designed to blend seamlessly into the environment to portray a natural, earthy and environmentally friendly vision. Devine Direct Labour were sourced to provide the labour to build this innovative design.
Devine Direct Labour were hired to help the cleanout of the Porton Down Laboratory. The works involved a high end sparkle clean, removing rubbish and snagging ready for a deep sterilisation. The Porton Down Laboratory is a government run cancer research facility as well as having worked for the ministry of defence.
Devine Direct Labour were hired to help refurbish houses in the Chelsea district of London. Devine Direct Labour were responsible for the screeding, painting and carpentry on this project.
A new Aldi regional distribution centre and offices, which will support their logistics operation in the South East, is being built near Queenborough on the Isle of Sheppey. Devine Direct Labour are providing experienced personnel to all clients on this large development.
Work is underway on an innovative Eco Park in Shepperton, Surrey. This collection of facilities will process waste from Surrey households to create fuels to produce power for the national grid and fertiliser for use in farming. The principle contractor for this site have used Devine Direct Labour's skilled workforce to help in the construction of this multi-million pound project.
Devine Direct Labour provided many skilled labourers for this project. The project involved expanding and resurfacing the car park to the Historic Dockyard in Chatham. The project used a Terram Bodpave 85 permeable gravel paving to cover the 8,800m2 car parking area.
This project was to build a new road bridge over the main Victoria/Brighton railway line and S278/38 works comprising road improvements, the construction of two roundabouts and a new link road.
